Drawing on her unique personal history, both Jewish and Evangelical, she presents core Catholic truths in a fresh, intriguing way. The series includes: The Passover Fulfilled Mary, Our Jewish Mother The Holy Spirit: Giver of Life Questions and Answers Be prepared for a moving, emotional journey that will put you in touch with your Faith.; CD; If you haven't heard Rosalind Moss speak, you are in for a treat! This Jewish Catholic is warm, vibrant and she really knows her stuff! Learn about the intimate connections between Judaism and Catholicism. Not only will Rosalind teach you a lot about the Jewish faith, she will deepen your appreciation for the depth of the Catholic faith. She will also warm your heart with her personality and obvious charity. This is a four-talk set. In the first two talks, Rosalind talks on the tongue-in-cheek theme "What is a good Jewish girl doing in a place like this (i.e. a Catholic conference)"? Her first talk is her journey from judaism to evangelical Christianity to the Catholic Church. Her second talk is specifically about Mary and about how her Jewish and evangelical background made the Marian doctrines the biggest obstacles to Catholocism. Both of these talks are told with humor and warmth, and both are full of great insight. Rosalind's perspective on Catholocism is fascinating. She explains how she once saw Christianity and especially Catholicism as alien but then came to see Christ - historically, on the Cross, and in the Eucharist - as the fulfillment of the longings of her Jewish faith. You will come away from these talks with a renewed appreciation for the roots of our Catholic faith. The third talk on the Holy Spirit is a little more straightforward - no so much her conversion story as a simple catechesis on the Holy Spirit. However, she still comes with a fresh look. The Holy Spirit is a Person, present in mystery throughout the Jewish experience and fully revealed by Christ. The final talk is a question-answer session in which Rosalind fields theological and personal questions with her typical whit and wisdom. When asked, "As a Catholic of Jewish descent, can you tell us why woman priests is a bad idea," her tongue-in-cheek response is, "Oi, it's a bad idea." She then goes on to explain the Church's position on the all-male priesthood, but includes her own personal insights.

These four talks are highly recommended even for the well-versed Catholic. They will give you renewed appreciation for the beauty of God's loving plan of salvation.
